The Southeastern Wisconsin Adult Autistic Navigators meet twice a month for support and camaraderie. It is an accepting group that will welcome you as you are; you do not have to pretend at this group, neurodiversity is embraced and celebrated here! Activities include discussion time, celebration of birthdays, dances, holiday parties, board games, pizza and other activities chosen by participants.
If you are joining us for the first time, please arrive at 6:00 p.m. if possible to have a few minutes of introduction with Daysi (the group facilitator) before the entire group gets there.
This group is for adults of all ages with high-functioning autism and Asperger Syndrome.
This group is facilitated by Daysi Jimenez, MSW, APSW. Daysi has served as as school social worker & is a parent with a child on the spectrum. Presently Daysi is employed by Roger’s Memorial Hospital & the Autism Society SE WI.
Light refreshments served
Typically held on the 1st & 3rd Wednesday of each month.
