The CAI’s Autism2Work program partners with autism-support associations, employment organizations, and colleges and universities to recruit, select and train individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. The program reinforces the idea that employing individuals with ASD is a way to attract innovative thinkers with attention to detail and pattern recognition skills. CAI helps them become a part of a team locally that values this type of hard work, preparing them for a career in IT or Business Operations.
